Roadmap For Breakthrough

God loves passion!

We have this idea that heaven is quiet and dull and boring.
Heaven is not a quiet place!

It is not our sobriety that is attracts people to the Kingdom…
It is our passion, our zeal, our hope and our joy!  That is what attracts people…

And… our solutions for the world around us.

We’ve got to get excited about God!

When we passionately/zealously praise God, when we ‘halel,’ negativity falls off of us.

Prov 4:23
Above all else guard your mind, it is the wellspring of your life.
Guard your heart with all “diligence.”

Diligence means to do something over and over and over and over again.

When it comes to the promises of God, it’s time to get our boots on. Time to train.
We have to do it diligently.
Declare God’s truth. God’s promises.

No mater how ‘spiritual’ you become, your negative thought patterns will be a daily battle.

Number 1 battlefield is: your mind.
We have to train our minds.
Discipline our thoughts.

It may be a battle, but there is breakthrough. If you do not give up!!

We are transformed by the renewing of our minds.
And it’s a daily commandment.

2 Cor. 10:4
OUR warfare, OUR weapons, OUR mind.

Rom. 5:3-4
In this passage is the “Roadmap for Breakthrough.”

Perseverance: ability to see the finish line and never quit.

And perseverance leads to character.

And there’s something even beyond character. Character isn’t the end goal.
There’s HOPE!  The purpose of character is to lead us to hope.

Hope: confident expectation that good is coming.

And it all starts with “glory in our tribulation.”
KEEP GOING in your tribulation!!

Hope releases you into the Promise Land!!

May the God of hope fill you.
